Introduction: I love to sell and I started this group because for me it's as much of a hobby as it is a profession. Cold calling and negotiation are my two favorite aspects of sales, but I love it all!
What do you sell and why should anyone buy it from you?: I'm a broker for landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers of commercial real estate. If you have a tough requirement that needs someone to put in the hard work of cold calling the market then I'm your guy.
How do you describe your ideal prospect?: Successful business with annual revenue from $1-$20 million and plans to buy, sell, lease, or invest in commercial real estate.
What do you do well?: Generating new business through cold calling.
What skill do you need to improve?: I want to be more consistent in asking for introductions to qualified prospects.
