Introduction: Hello, I am a local mortgage broker, and I am elated to find a group like this. Any successful sales professional knows the importance of networking and learning new sales techniques to sell their product.
What do you sell and why should anyone buy it from you?: I sell Commercial, Residential, and Construction mortgages. People should buy from me because you will not find anyone that will work as hard to extend the customer service my clients deserve.
How do you describe your ideal prospect?: My ideal prospect would be someone that needs a mortgage broker who goes above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy their clients.
What do you do well?: I am very good at phone sales, and have the ability to build a trusting relationship with my clients over the phone.
What skill do you need to improve?: There are many times where there is a need to meet face to face with a client. Being comfortable on the phone sometimes limits my skills at face-to-face sales.
