I just joined this network a few days ago. My purpose is to meet professionals with strog experience helping small business owners, as well as, as an entrepreneur, meet successful professionals to learn best practices and implement sound strategies into my business.

I am also a Director of the USPCC Chamber of Commerce (US Peru Chamber of Commerce) which main focus is on fostering small business to deal with foreign trade in between Peru and USA. As you know back in February the Free Trade Agreement, which was signed by Mr Bush in December 2008, was formalized.

USPCC is currently, on an aggressive membership drive, we plan to recruit over 50 new associates by end of the year. One of the new benefits to provide to the new associates is one hour of consulting service, this is up to the associate to choose, and could be:
Business development, what products to import or export, how to develop a Business Plan
Legal advice, on aspects on how to incorporate the small business
Financial expertsise to guide the small business owners on what to do to get commercial loans
CPA's to help out setting the client char accounts, and evaluate the financial reports
Marketing expertise to help them establish distribution channels and public image.
Internet Marketing to go over setting up a website and the like

There is the belief that one hour counseling is not enough, so there are opportunities to provide additional counseling, and you will have the priority to provide those services.
